Feedback is a key skill for personal and team development.  This course shows how to give feedback in a non-confrontational and development focused way.

Giving and receiving feedback is a fundamental skill required for personal growth and for building successful teams.  This is a skill that does not come naturally but requires some guidance and practice.   If done well feedback allows you to release team tensions, build stronger trust based relationships and develop as an individual.  This hands-on course is designed to equip you with the required skills and to give you opportunities to practice.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how feedback is a vital part of self development and awareness
  • Gather feedback that can be used in a non-confrontational way
  • Improve their ability to give and receive feedback through practice
  • Understand how to avoid difficult situations when in the feedback process

The course can be embedded in a team building day to strengthen development.
