SkillTonic was founded by Gordon and Ravin to realise a passion for helping people and organisations develop to be more self-aware and successful. Having over 40 years experience in business and consulting between us, we wanted to create training courses that would be refreshing and have a lasting impact.  So, apart from a good sense of humour, what do we think makes a great training course?

Experience + Practicality + Interaction + Clarity + Empathy = Refreshing training, lasting results

Experience:  Trainers have in-depth business knowledge and skills

Practicality:  Pragmatic and immediately applicable skills, no fluff

Interaction:  Carefully designed courses to energise, inspire and apply

Clarity:  Simple and powerful methods and frameworks, no jargon

Empathy:  Understanding each participant and developing their strengths
