Fast Project Planning

If you fail to prepare, then prepare to fail. Learn a rigorous yet efficient approach to project planning.

Planning is the first and, some would say, most important element of project management. Without having a clear idea of the what, why, when, who, where and how of a project, it is doomed to failure. Spending too much time on planning also can get you nowhere.

Our approach focuses on getting plans created rapidly & rigorously and engaging people and their ideas early in the planning process. Planning must be a team effort, involving a broad range of stakeholders to ensure commitment from the very start.

This course introduces the concept of project management, then focuses on simple and robust frameworks for planning projects with minimal bureaucracy and maximum likelihood of success.
